These terms apply to the use of the IT Guardian website and to services we quote and supply, unless a signed agreement or service schedule says otherwise.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and assume the site conditions described at the time of quoting. Work outside an agreed scope is quoted separately before it is carried out.
Service levels, response times and inclusions are set out in the relevant service schedule or managed services agreement.
Some services we supply depend on carriers, cloud vendors and hardware manufacturers. Their availability, performance and terms are outside our control, and their own terms may also apply to you.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those rights, our liability for any claim is limited to resupplying the affected service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.
